1. Eligibility for Refunds
- – Member Services: Refund requests for member services must be submitted within three (3) days of the purchase date.
- – Accessed Content: If you have accessed fewer than 20 questions, you are eligible for a refund.
- – Digital Courses: Once a digital product is downloaded or accessed, it is considered used and cannot be refunded.
We encourage you to contact our support team with any concerns, and we will do our best to find a solution that meets your needs.
2. How to Request a Refund / Cancel a Subscription
To request a refund or cancel a subscription, please follow these steps:
- 1. Cancel Subscription: Log in to your account and navigate to the “Manage Your Billing” link at the bottom of the membership page. You will be redirected to a confirmation page where you can finalize the cancellation.
- 2. Contact Customer Support: Email our support team at support@dettrainer.com with your order number and the reason for your refund request.
- 3. Review Process: Our team will review your request and respond within three (3) business days.
3. Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed.
- Products and services purchased through third-party vendors.
